Michelle is President and owner of Accounting Peace Inc. She is an Enrolled Agent, a tax advisor who is a federally authorized tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. She has been in the accounting industry since 1991. Her background began in small public accounting firms, where she has been preparing income tax returns since 2003. Drawing from this knowledge, she currently works with over 500 individual tax clients and many local, businesses.
Her experience includes payroll and required reporting forms, sales tax, small business accounting services and income tax preparation, etc. She is also a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, offering review, correction and training for your QuickBooks Online account.
She has over 20 years’ experience preparing individual tax returns, business returns including rental, partnership and corporate returns. Tax planning is available to best assist for the upcoming year’s events or tax law changes.
To stay in compliance with IRS requirements, attending annual tax school seminars helps us stay current with the changes in tax law, and adding specific tax webinars beneficial to increasing knowledge helps aid in tax planning with current business and tax clients for the future.

Teri joined us Oct 2023 working alongside our small business clients to accurately and efficiently process their monthly books.
We have a couple of new tax preparers joining us this year. Due to the rise in RSV and other illnesses, we are graciously asking for as many of you as possible to drop off your data or share via our secure online portal. This will help us stay in top form until April 15th to give you the service you deserve from the Peace Team you trust.
